| I attended a Expo forum in Santa Barbara maybe a couple of years ago. John Van Horn from Parking Today gave a gread presentation about the state of parking. Very informative. Also met the folks at the Santa Barbara police department and Fred from Fresno State. Both have been wonderful resources for our department. |
