| Clancy is putting a multi-jurisdictional in-car meter program. The new program may be exactly what you are looking for. The way the system will work is: Customer (user) pays a deposit on an in-car meter and a deposit on a smart card with pre-paid value. The customer may use the in-car meter in any area accepting the program. When the card is replaced or recharged, the amount used is passed to the various parking operators or municipality agencies.
