John, Thank you. If you are referring to my article in the November Issue of Parking Today it was specifically written after the incident of Randy Moss (infamous Minnesota Vikings Football Star)hitting a Traffic Officer in Minneapolis. I didn't mention names in the article but the whole incident made me angry because the general public already has a negative attitude about Traffic Officers and Parking Control Officers and this seemed to reenforce the concept that they are expendable and attacking or injuring one is of no major consequence. I want people in the industry to get upset when such a thing happens and speak as one voice to "the powers that be" that letting some get away with only a slap on the wrist is unacceptable. Intentionally hitting someone with a car is "assault with a deadly weapon" no matter how important the driver is or thinks he is. OK I will get off my "soapbox" for now. Thanks again. Kaye Beechum
