To begin your research I suggest you contact various cities and universities that use enforcement vehicles. If you are a member of a parking association such as IPI or a local one in your state/region you can check the roster for email and mailing addresses. Unfortunately not everyone reads these message boards or responds to the questions. I have looked at the various vendor listings on the various parking websites and the only company I have found is Cushman. I know there are others out there such as the Go-4 which I believe is distributed by the White Bear Company. Many agencies use just regular cars/pickup trucks and many use right hand drive vehicles. As I said your best bet is to talk directly with other parking enforcement agencies. If you have a particular need to address such as a very hot or very cold climate then you should talk with agencies in those areas or just within your own State. Good Luck.
