| Matthew We are under construction with a four level parking structure with a plaza on top which supports a multi-level academic building. This project is for the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Another project is 3 level underground garage, plaza with extensive landscaping, city roadway and multi-story office building above. This project is in Detroit and is a cooperative effort with the City. The first project, Desman is the Architect, Structural Engineer and Parking Consultant of record, Smith Group is the Coordinating Architect. The Second project, Desman is the Structural Engineer and Parking Consultant and BEI is the Architect. These are our current projects that I am involved in but the firm has designed over 500 parking structures over a span of almost 30 years.
