| The former management installed a parking ticket issuance system. Since the Y2K thing the system reports don't print at all. The field units are very difficult and I think it may be a good time to look at another system. I'm confused and scared. I don't want to jump from the pan into the fire. We may just go back to hand writing the tickets. Can someone give me a little direction - please. I'll do the followup if I can get pointed in the right direction. Thanks in advance..... |
