Exhibitor Information


Exhibit Fees

$275 per booth for members 

$300 per booth for non-members

Includes:                

Ø     10’ x 8’ booth area with a 30” x 8’ table (if desired) and one chair

Ø     1 electrical outlet – gang boxes and extension cords are the exhibitor’s responsibilities

Ø     Full conference registration for one person – all events and activities except golf

All persons staffing the booth must register on a separate form (feel free to make as many copies as you need!). Additional persons pay the delegate rate - $125 for members, $150 for non-members.

If your exhibit requires a data line, please contact Pamela Perham at (904)767-7350 to make those arrangements directly with the hotel.

Exhibit Schedule

Set-up begins Wednesday, October 24, at 3:30 p.m.
Conference registration will be open from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.

Exhibits will be open and must be staffed during the following hours:

Thursday, October 25

7:30 – 9:30 a.m.; 1:00 – 2:00 p.m.; 3:00 – 4:30 pm

Friday, October 26

10:00 – 11:00 a.m.

The door prize drawing will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday. Each delegate must have 15 signatures on his or her door prize entry card and must be present to win. There will also be a door prize drawing for exhibitors – we will collect business cards from each exhibitor.

Shipping Materials to the Hotel

You may ship materials to the hotel in advance. Please be advised that the hotel does not have a loading dock and cannot remove items from a truck unless the truck has a lift to lower the items to the ground. Send the items prepaid to: Pamela Perham, Daytona Beach Hilton Oceanfront Resort, 2637 S. Atlantic Ave., Daytona Beach, FL 32118. Be sure the item is clearly marked “HOLD FOR” with the name of the company and the company’s representative who will be attending the conference.

Liability and Insurance

Precaution should be taken to protect your property during set-up, show and break-down periods. Neither FPA nor the Daytona Beach Hilton Oceanfront Resort are responsible for the safety of exhibitor property from theft, damage, vandalism or other causes.

The exhibitor agrees to protect  and keep harmless the FPA and Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort from any damages or charges imposed for any violation of laws or ordinances as well as any loss, cost damage or liability arising from or out of any accident or occurrence to anyone, including the exhibitor, its agents, and associates which arises from exhibitor’s occupancy and use of exhibit premises.

Booth Assignment

Please indicate on the back of the registration form three choices for booth location based on the floor plan below. A pipe and drape divider will separate the back-to-back booths down the center. Spaces will be assigned and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis when registration and payment are received.  We will make every effort to accommodate your preference, but we reserve the right to make final determinations of all spaces in the best interest of the exhibition.
