My best guess is that each parking situation is different. Location, parking availability, area rates, utilization and turnover are just a few of the factors involved in pricing. In most cases, I think single space parking meters in your lot may be a great place to start if meters or enforced time restrictions are in place on the street. Enforcement is another concern.
