Why would anyone "make the investment" at all. If you have a cell phone, and who doesn't?, do you really want to invest in a parking meter?
Our system gives the client (parking operator or municipality) 100% of the parking charge. The user pays a 10% convenience charge. NO INVESTMENT, NO PRE-CHARGES, PAY ONLY WHAT YOU USE.
